Our on-site fitness offerings

Traveling doesn't mean that you have to sacrifice your fitness and health goals. Included in your resort fee, the below offerings will be provided to all of our hotel guests:

  • Find zen in the comfort of your hotel room. Grab the complimentary yoga mat from your guest room closet and give your best downward dog.
  • Join us for Yoga Flow at Angler's, Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Kick start your morning with a one-hour complimentary Vinyasa Flow class by Vo Han Wellness Vinyasa Flow. Increase your heart rate and stamina, strengthen your muscles, tone and stretch your body. Meet us on the Breezeway located outdoors on the second level of the main hotel tower.
  • For a great al fresco option, grab a complimentary PUBLIC bike and take a ride around SoBe
  • Discover what all the hype is about at Orangetheory Fitness. Between the inspirational coaches, mind-blowing science, and cutting–edge technology, it will be unlike any workout you’ve ever experienced before and at Angler’s it’s included in our resort fee.

Orangetheory Fitness Studio offers small group classes 4 – 8 times per day. Check out their hours below.

Monday: 5:30 am – 7:30 pm

Thursday: 5:30 am – 7:30 pm
Friday: 6:30 am – 7:30 pm

Orangetheory First Timers?

The workout is designed for all levels. You set the pace. Whether you want to walk, jog, run, or bike, it’s your hour.

Before the Class: Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to class time. A team member will ask you about your fitness goals as well as any orthopedic issues we should know about. After explaining how the class works, a coach will lend you a heart rate monitor to wear. Depending on your fitness level, your coach will give you guidelines for what to aim for during your workout.

During the Class: You will either start on the treadmill, bike or strider for the cardio portion or on the rower for the strength training portion, which includes floor exercises with the TRX systems, benches and free weights. The coach will explain how to do each floor exercise as well as the interval length and speed during cardio. Be sure to listen closely and don’t be afraid to ask questions! The coaches are here to help and can even correct your form if needed.

After the Class: The coach will then lead the class through a cool-down stretch. After class, you will receive a workout summary with your results, which includes the total number of Splat points earned, minutes spent in each heart rate zone, calories burned, and heart rate statistics. You can even share your stats on social media!
